1. Acceptance and scope
COGG is operated by NextRound, an Israeli registered partnership (registration no. 558613972), at 15 Yona Wallach St., Rosh HaAyin, Israel. These terms govern your use of the COGG website and submission of a pilot application. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
2. Website information and pilot
The website describes a developing product. Features, availability, pilot selection, timelines and pricing may change. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, access or a commercial relationship. Any pilot, subscription, purchase or lifetime membership will be governed by a separate written order or agreement accepted by both parties.
3. Pricing statements
Displayed prices are in U.S. dollars and, unless expressly stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes, transaction fees, custom implementation and exceptional infrastructure or processing. Founding offers are subject to availability. “Lifetime” applies only as defined in the applicable purchase agreement and while the relevant COGG core product continues to be operated by its provider.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website for legitimate business evaluation. You may not interfere with its operation, bypass security, scrape or probe it without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use COGG names, designs or content in a misleading way.
5. Your submissions
You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential CAD files, trade secrets, personal information about others or controlled technical data through the website. Pilot engineering data will be handled only under a separate agreed process, including an NDA where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
The website, COGG product, branding, software, designs and content are owned by COGG or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership or license is granted except the limited right to use this website under these terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COGG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from website use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law and updates
Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes relating solely to this website will be subject to the competent courts in Israel. We may update these terms; continued use after publication means the updated terms apply.
